Save The Dates

13 Feb

So you’re engaged. You’ve worked your budget out, compiled a guest list, booked your venue and photographer. The fun only continues here on out. Save the Dates are official announcements of the day you plan to celebrate your marriage, distributed to your guest list so as to give people a heads-up on the date so they can pencil it in to their diaries. I like Save the Dates because you can have fun with them. People do all kinds of smart and creative things to get everyone excited along with them. Today we will have a look at some great ideas. Whether you fashion yours as an e-mailer, a fridge magnet or a puzzle (fun right?), let your hair down with it and inject the excitement you’re feeling into your own.

Hello? Yes! This is what it is all about people. The BIGNESS of Love and finding YOUR love. This would bring warmth to anyone receiving this image with a small note to save the date at the bottom. I would place this right on the center of my fridge and anticipate the day of the wedding with much joy.

Because marriage is a covenant, I like the symbolism behind this one. Take a picture featuring your new bling of you and Fiance in the grip of a pinky swear. Let your loved ones know what day they should set aside to join in the celebration of your covenant.

Fun.  Fun. Fun. This time should be nothing short of fun and exciting. Bring your guests along or the ride by creating a save the date like the one you see above.
