As an adult, it is your duty to make decisions that will impact your life. The decisions you make, good or bad, will land you in a future of your making. Set boundaries for yourself in all areas of your life so as to create a system that penetrates and clarifies what the wisest choice would be for you in any given decision-making opportunity. Apply this principle to your finances, time, work, relationships in and out of your home and even your work.

According to Andy Stanley, you should ask yourself , “In light of my past experiences, in light of my future hopes and dreams, and in light of where I am right now, what’s the wise thing to do”

Protect yourself, your marriage and your loved ones by clarifying boundaries to keep you all on track. Whilst you may think small ‘detours’ and testing / pushing boundaries is not harmful, putting up guidelines will keep you from finding yourself in undesirable situations.

There is no need to flirt with danger. Steer clear of the boundaries and arm your marriages against divorce and strife.
