APOS LogoSupporting the Brave celebrate their life’s ambitions, one celebration at a time

Based in the Upper Highway region of Durban, South Africa, I have a passion and vision to revolutionise the way we view, experience and celebrate birth, life, weddings and marriage.

A Pinch of Salt is the expression of these ambitions. I have a National Diploma in Project Management and I am certified with the HypnoBirthing Institute as a HypnoBirthing (The Mongan Method) Childbirth Educator.

APOS Weddings and Events are all about distinctive celebrations. Our focus is on simplicity, quality and connection.  Meaningful Marriage is a cause for celebration. How a couple chooses to celebrate this with their nearest and dearest should be a reflection of themselves and their values. A Pinch of Salt is a sounding board and voice of assurance that brings the still, quiet and brave voice inside us all, out. We not only provide inspiration, we also advise on how to go about achieving the ‘wedding zen’ and style we promote.

APOS Birth and Maternity Services offers support and education to birthing families through HypnoBirthing Classes. HypnoBirthing (The Mongan Method), is simply a method used to empower birthing families to achieve calmer and gentler births. This is done by educating birthing families about the birthing body’s natural processes and how we can assist our babies and birthing bodies to do what they do naturally, free of fear and other inhibitors.

I would love to connect with you and assist you on your journey into marriage and / or parenting, so please drop me a hello,
